Based upon your needs and whether we can blend a solution to suit you, we will :
- agree a fee with you for the next twelve months.
- Issue you with an engagement letter for each of the services you asked us to quote for
- Deliver all services in a professional manner and within the timescale you agree
- Ensure that you pay the correct amount of taxes, without penalty
- Agree variations in fees in writing (this should not generally arise)
It couldn’t be simpler, you know what you are getting, what you can expect and how much it will cost.
If the quote is too high for your budget, the we can remove some features (but help to to responsibly manage the omission) or too low, then you can consider increasing support or service.
Our fees are not the cheapest, nor hopefully the dearest. You’ll always get good. friendly, approachable, competant and professional services.
We offer some discounts for multiple introductions or fees payable by standing order. We will also rebate your fee in any year by 10% of any (friends, family) clients paid fee that is introduced to us.
